Mnemonic Ab is expanding its NOC team and seeks curious, motivated people to join as part-time Network Security Operators (40% or more). You’ll work on security policy, respond to customer questions, and help troubleshoot issues across client environments.

This role offers hands-on experience with leading cyber security solutions, training opportunities, and the chance to grow into more advanced security roles within a friendly, collaborative team near the city center in Oslo.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and carrying out security policy and configuration changes
• Answering support requests and technical questions from our customers
• Working with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues as they happen
• Helping improve our internal systems and services through automation and development
• Taking part in customer projects, from policy reviews to system migrations and new security solutions
• Joining internal and external training to keep up with security products and technologies
• Setting up and maintaining security products in our lab

Our NOC (Network Operations Center) team is growing, and we're looking for curious, motivated people to join us as part-time Network Security Operators (40% or more).

You’ll help manage and support a wide range of network security solutions for some of Norway's largest private and public sector organizations.

Start your career in cyber security

This role is a great way into cyber security, with real, hands-on work from day one. You'll work with the latest security solutions from leading vendors and get experience across a wide range of technologies and customer environments.

Many of our former NOC trainees have gone on to full-time roles at mnemonic in areas like system integration, threat intelligence, blue team defense, security architecture, product expertise, incident management and development.

We're flexible with scheduling, so the role fits well alongside your studies or other commitments.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and carrying out security policy and configuration changes
