Job summary

Clark James Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Broker to join a forward-thinking, successful team in an office-based setting. You will service qualified leads and proactively generate new business while guiding clients through the mortgage process to completion.

The role requires CeMAP qualification or equivalent and prior mortgage broking experience. It offers employed or self-employed terms, uncapped earnings, and high-quality leads, with no weekend work and opportunities for long-term client

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent essential.
• Previous Mortgage Broking experience essential.
• Hungry and motivated to succeed, this position will suit a commission driven individual.
• Ambition, forward thinking and driven.
• Excellent client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• To service qualified leads and pro-actively generate new business.
• To support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, through to completion.
• Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers.
• To encourage long term relationships with clients that encourage additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunities.
• All leads provided, our client have high levels of quality leads that can be provided to the successful applicant.
• Office based.
• No weekends.
