Job summary

River Valley Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Sales Producer in an in-person, full-time role based at a local office. You will handle prospecting, quoting, closing and binding policies while developing long-term referral relationships with clients.

The position offers a base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses, with licensing support to obtain a Property and Casualty license if needed, and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License is preferred.
• Experience selling property and casualty products to clients.
• Ability to call, quote and follow up with clients to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Prepare property and casualty insurance quotes.
• Explain coverage options clearly and professionally.
• Guide customers through quoting, closing and policy-binding processes.
