We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our team and provide top support to clients and brokers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within the mortgage broking industry.
• Proficiency with Salestrekker, including data entry, credit quote production, and lender comparisons.
• Experience with AOL (Apply Online), specifically with Macquarie Bank, BankWest, St George, Suncorp, and Commonwealth Bank.
• Familiarity with the processes and policies of these banks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong English language skills for communication with bank assessors and clients.
• Confidence in calling clients to provide updates and chase documentation.
• Experience with Salestrekker 2.0.
• Knowledge of SMSF loans and producing compliance documentation.
• Background in commercial lending.

Skills Required

• Send post-settlement emails to clients as needed.
