Job summary

MiCiM is seeking an experienced Planner in Norway to manage robust programmes and ensure on-time delivery of complex projects. You will collaborate with senior management, site teams, clients and partners to develop, maintain and monitor programmes through live delivery.

You will produce clear plans, track milestones, identify risks and provide practical planning guidance to keep teams aligned and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven planning experience within construction, ideally on data centre or complex technical projects.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants and site teams.
• Proactive, organised and detail-focused with pressure handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project programmes from bid to completion.
• Monitor progress, milestones and risks, delays and opportunities.
• Produce programme reports, updates and critical path analyses.
• Provide planning guidance to project teams and integrate short-term programmes.
