Naimar in Oslo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering vertical (Process Engineers, Maintenance, Automation) and improve technical efficiency, stability, and continuous development of engineering solutions.

The role requires strategic leadership, a track record of managing teams, and delivering complex industrial projects while balancing technical excellence with operational performance. Based in the Oslo metro area, it offers a competitive package.

Qualificações

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing.
• At least 3 years leading engineering teams.
• CAPEX project delivery experience is a plus.
• Lean / TPM / Six Sigma knowledge required.
• Experience with CAD/CMMS/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production.
• Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Lead engineering projects (modernization, line launches, CAPEX).
• Collaborate with contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Analyze losses, downtime and defects; implement optimization and automation.
• Build and develop the engineering team with KPIs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with technical, industrial, and safety standards.
