Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing.
• At least 3 years leading engineering teams.
• CAPEX project delivery experience is a plus.
• Lean / TPM / Six Sigma knowledge required.
• Experience with CAD/CMMS/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production.
• Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Lead engineering projects (modernization, line launches, CAPEX).
• Collaborate with contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Analyze losses, downtime and defects; implement optimization and automation.
• Build and develop the engineering team with KPIs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with technical, industrial, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production
• Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability
• Lead engineering projects (modernization, new line launches, CAPEX initiatives)
• Cooperate with contractors and equipment suppliers
• Analyze production losses, downtime, and defects; implement optimization and automation solutions
• Build and develop the engineering team (KPIs, feedback, performance management)
• Ensure compliance with technical, industrial, and safety standards

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or related)
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience
• At least 3 years of engineering team leadership
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management
