Naimar in Oslo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering vertical (Process Engineers, Maintenance, Automation) and drive technical efficiency, operational stability and continuous development of engineering solutions.

You will plan and coordinate activities in production, ensure equipment reliability, lead CAPEX projects and collaborate with contractors and suppliers; build and develop the engineering team and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or related).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of engineering team leadership.
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management.
• Lean / TPM / Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with CAD / CMMS / ERP systems.
• English — B2.

Responsabilités

The ideal candidate is a strategic engineering leader with experience managing teams and delivering complex industrial projects, capable of combining technical expertise with operational performance.
