Alva Industries is hiring multiple engineers to strengthen our FiberPrinting team in Trondheim. You’ll work across mechanical design, software, machine vision, and automation to design, build, and test our line of FiberPrinters used in stator production.

This on-site role combines desk work with workshop time to prototype and validate ideas. You’ll join a small, fast-paced team that values practical testing, rapid iteration, and close collaboration with production to bring concepts into

Formación

• Experience in designing, building, and testing technical solutions.
• Strong background in one or more of mechanical design, mechatronics, automation, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with machinery and production equipment.
• Experience with 3D-CAD, machine vision, automated manufacturing, or industrialization.

• Design, build, and test custom machines and production equipment.
• Develop prototypes into production-ready systems.
