Lace Lithography AS in Bergen is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the transition from research prototypes to scalable industrial systems. You will lead cross-functional teams across Norway, Spain, and the Netherlands while aligning milestones with venture-backed growth.

This early-to-mid stage deep-tech role combines roadmap execution with hands-on problem solving, including lab-to-fab automation, agile execution, and external partner liaison.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related deep-tech discipline.
• 5+ years of project leadership experience within high-tech R&D, aerospace, or semiconductor environments.
• Familiarity with product development, requirements engineering, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lab-to-Fab Industrialization: lead lifecycle from research to robust tools.
• Cross-disciplinary orchestration: align physicists with eng teams.
• Algorithm integration: manage software workstreams for AI-driven mask design.
• Agile startup execution: build flexible timelines and manage resources.
• Partner liaison: coordinate with external partners and foundries.
