Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical works on a major construction project in Norway. You will ensure installations meet design specs, quality, and safety standards while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to support successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include overseeing installation and commissioning, supervising subcontractors, conducting inspections, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing mechanical works on complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and building systems.
• Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards and regulations.
• Experience using project management software.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure.
