Job summary

Aker Solutions’ project at Stord requires a Completion (MC) Engineer Lead to guide the Mechanical Completion activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery. Qualifications

• Experience leading Mechanical Completion in EPC, EPCI or fabrication projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to drive teams.
• Experience with PIMS, MIPS, Aize and Microsoft 365, as well as PEM methodology.
• Structured and systematic approach with HSSE awareness.
• Good communication in Norwegian and English.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or technical education with extensive MC experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, preparation and execution of Mechanical Completion (MC) activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Establishing MC strategies, philosophies, procedures and work instructions to support successful project delivery
• Ensuring HSSE performance by integrating safety, environmental and quality requirements into all MC activities
• Managing progress, budget, resources and quality for MC activities across suppliers, fabrication yards and assembly locations
• Supporting project management with risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
