Job summary

OSO Hotwater AS in Hokksund, Norway, seeks a Master Data Solutions Manager to lead data governance across the group and optimize how master data flows through systems and processes. The role partners with the CIO, product development, production and logistics to shape data-enabled decision making and reporting.

You will establish standards, own critical data solutions, and drive improvements, while coordinating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Education: Higher education in IT, logistics, finance, administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with master data solutions, processes or business systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and data modelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop group-wide standards and governance for master data.
• Decide on procurement, development and consolidation of master data solutions.
• Maintain and improve master data solutions to support reporting and integrations.
• Lead improvements in master data processes, system support and information flow.
• Act as system/product owner for master data solutions and manage lifecycle.
• Prepare development plans and enable training networks across the group.
• Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships for IT solutions.
• Drive consolidation and modernization of older systems where appropriate.
