Job summary

Roman Kushnaryov is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team in the south-eastern part of Oslo. This is a full-time office role.

You will plan and schedule production based on demand, develop and maintain production plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires ERP/MRP experience, BOM knowledge, and strong analytical skills. Office-based in Oslo with a focus on efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Planner or similar in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Experience as a Production Planner, Material Planner, Supply Planner, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Understanding of production planning, BOM, lead times, inventory, and capacity planning.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in MilTech, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.

• Experience with NPI and production ramp-up.

• Strong Excel / data analysis skills.

• English language skills will be a strong advantage.
