If Insurance is renewing its customer engagement capabilities, we are seeking a MarTech Platform Enablement Specialist to help Nordics teams succeed with Bloomreach Engagement (CDP). You will translate platform capabilities into real use cases and drive adoption across markets.

Join a team within Marketing & Communication Solutions, collaborate with IT and business colleagues, and help establish governance, templates, and scalable ways of working while ensuring privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in platform enablement, key-user, or MarTech roles.
• Ability to train, coach, and build user communities.
• Understanding of customer engagement platforms and data models.
• Structured governance, documentation, and scalable ways of working.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Bloomreach Engagement (CDP) by translating capabilities into use cases.
• Build an active end-user community through onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Help users understand new features, data capabilities, and practical applications.
• Review campaign implementations and recommend improvements per guidelines.
• Establish scalable governance: templates, naming, and reusable resources.
• Support lifecycle management so resources remain structured across markets.
• Provide guidance on privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as first contact for functional platform questions and coordinate escalation.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform experience and time-to-market.
