If Skadeforsikring invites you to join its Nordic Customer Engagement & Analytics team to drive adoption of Bloomreach CDP. You will partner with IT, business, and platform squads to enable end users and standardize practices across markets.

You will help teams understand data capabilities, govern shared resources, and deliver scalable templates, ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance throughout customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform enablement or key-user roles.
• Ability to train, coach, facilitate, document, and build a user community.
• Practical understanding of customer engagement platforms and use cases.
• Structured governance, standardization, and scalable ways of working.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Bloomreach Engagement (CDP) by translating capabilities into relevant use cases.
• Build an active end-user community through onboarding, training, coaching, and demonstrations.
• Explain new features, data capabilities, and effective application to users.
• Review campaign implementations and suggest improvements per guidelines.
• Establish scalable templates, docs, naming practices, and reusable resources.
• Support governance and lifecycle management across markets and teams.
• Provide guidance on privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as first point of contact for platform questions and coordinate escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform experience and time to market.
