  • Support the industrialization of new products, including process validation and production readiness.

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Drive continuous improvements to increase quality, productivity, process capability, and equipment efficiency.

  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process specifications.

  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to improve manufacturing performance.

  • Support equipment selection, tooling development, and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies.

  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, and operational standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of CNC machining, machining strategies, tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters

  • Experience developing and optimizing manufacturing processes

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and engineering specifications

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Good written and spoken English

Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g. Fusion 360, Mastercam, Siemens NX, SolidCAM, HyperMill, Edgecam, or similar)

  • Knowledge of advanced materials or high-performance manufacturing applications

  • Experience with process validation, industrialization, and New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

  • Experience from aerospace, defence, automotive, advanced manufacturing, or other high-precision production environments

What We Offer
  • An opportunity to join a growing technology company at an exciting stage of development

  • Meaningful responsibility and direct impact on products and processes
