KRUSH TECH AS is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to strengthen manufacturing quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product excellence. Your work will influence customer satisfaction, production performance, and overall quality metrics.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure electronics assembly processes meet internal standards and customer requirements, while supporting development of scalable quality processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in electronics manufacturing or high-tech assembly environments.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor product and process quality through data analysis and reporting.
• Lead investigations of non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans and inspection criteria.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve quality and manufacturing performance.
