Job summary

KRUSH TECH AS seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer Composites to develop, validate, and scale manufacturing processes for high‑performance composite products using CNC machining and additive manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Production, Design Engineering and Quality to introduce new products, optimize processes, and support the transition from prototype to serial production on the shop floor and with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing, Process, or CNC Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and engineering specs.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for manufacturing
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for CNC machining and additive manufacturing.
• Define machining strategies, tooling, fixtures, process parameters, and manufacturing standards.
• Support industrialization of new products, including process validation and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvements to increase quality, productivity, process capability, and equipment efficiency.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to improve manufacturing performance.
• Support equipment selection, tooling development, and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, and operational standards.
