People First (Recruitment) Ltd in London seeks a Mandarin-speaking Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) to support the Head of Corporate Banking in London Branch. You will execute banking solutions, develop existing client relationships, and help meet KPIs in a hybrid role.

The ideal candidate has fluent Mandarin and English, strong credit analytical skills, and proven UK corporate banking experience with both UK and Chinese clients. Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Solid experience in UK corporate banking with UK/Chinese clients.
• Strong credit analytical skills to assess client risk and structure facilities.
• Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships across sectors.
• Experience with corporate banking products and transaction execution.

Responsabilités

• Assist Head of Corporate Banking to achieve team KPIs.
• Grow London's corporate banking business and meet targets.
• Execute banking solutions for new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client and credit files.
• Mentor junior CB staff and promote professional culture.
• Lead cross-selling opportunities across loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management and FX.
