Deliveroo in London is seeking a Field Based Business Development Representative, Mandarin Speaking to expand our Chinese restaurant partner network across London and surrounding areas. The role is hybrid, combining field visits with remote collaboration to grow the marketplace.

You will build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and onboard new partners quickly while traveling across Greater London North, Oxford, Cambridge, Norwich as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin to negotiate and build professional commercial partnerships.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of targeting new business and delivering against targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to handle negotiations and understand marketplace economics.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable spending significant time on the road.
• Valid and current right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition across London and surrounding territories.
• Engage directly with independent Chinese restaurants in Mandarin or Cantonese via visits, calls, and social platforms to demonstrate Deliveroo’s value.
• Own the commercial onboarding journey for new partners to ensure quick and seamless setup.
• Monitor and support new restaurant performance in the first eight weeks on the platform.
• Build deep insight into the regional Asian culinary scene and travel to nearby areas to identify key brands.
