Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage export/import shipments for the company and global customers. You will plan and implement transportation for international and domestic shipments, and prepare shipment documentation in line with policies.

We value a degree in Logistics or equivalent, with practical supply chain understanding and knowledge of Incoterms. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, both written and spoken, and a structured, service-minded approach is

• Degree in Logistics or similar, and/or minimum two years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Incoterms.
• Supply chain understanding, both theoretical and practical.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export/import shipments on behalf of Head Energy and global customers.
• Plan and implement transportation of goods for international and domestic shipments.
• Prepare shipment documents in accordance with Logistics Aftermarket processes and Head Energy policies.
• Handle 3rd party logistics.
• Perform back-office tasks and documentation as needed.

Job Description:

• Coordinate export/import shipments on behalf of Company and global customers.
• Planning and implementing transportationof goods for both international and domestic shipments.
• Prepare shipment documents in accordance with the Logistics Aftermarket processes and Company policies.
• 3rd part logistics.
• Multiple services and assistance on behalf of internal and external customers within the discipline.
• Various back-officetasks and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Logistics or similar, and/or minimum two years relevant experience with Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of Incoterms.
• Supply chain understanding, both theoretical and practical.

Personal traits:

• Structured, accurate and serviceminded.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, both verbally and in writing.
