Job summary

StarsOfTheShow in Oslo is seeking a Team Lead to guide a project management and coordination team. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, resources and risk management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of PM/coordination experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates and the team enjoys a dynamic, collaborative work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a project management or coordination role.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana preferred.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to successfully deliver projects on time within budget and according to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with team members.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Manage resource allocation and workloads to ensure efficient use of team members skills and expertise.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status, risks and issues.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to facilitate their professional growth and development.
• Serve as a point of escalation for any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a project.
