Job summary

Trener Robotics seeks a Vision Systems Engineer to own the vision stack for Acteris, from sensor selection to production calibration and validation. You will drive key technical decisions with high autonomy and be responsible for the reliability of what ships.

You will shape the vision roadmap with product and engineering leadership, mentored by a high-caliber, cross-functional team spanning AI, robotics and systems engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on industrial computer vision experience in production environments.
• Experience with integrating industrial 3D/RGB-D sensors, calibration, and tuning for image/depth quality.
• Production-quality C++ and Python with testing, code review and CI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Acteris vision stack from sensor selection to production-ready calibration and validation.
• Build production-grade camera adapters and interfaces exposing sensor status and calibration data.
• Tune sensors and images to maintain robust perception under changing conditions; own calibration end-to-end.
