Job summary

Infosys in Oslo is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead a large SAP Public Cloud S/4 transformation program. You will own end-to-end delivery across modules, manage governance, and collaborate with global, regional, and vendor teams.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in multi-vendor SAP programs, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience managing large SAP enterprise programs.
• Minimum 2 years of public cloud implementations.
• Proven experience in SAP transformations.
• Experience with risk and issue management.
• Experience leading global, multi-vendor delivery models.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across geographies.
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Certified in SAP public cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project steerage to align with business vision, roadmap and objectives.
• Drive end-to-end execution across Discover, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Stabilize.
• Ensure alignment with strategic and digital roadmaps and enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, and vendor teams.
• Serve as primary contact with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Design and operate program governance including PMO and boards.
• Define governance cadence, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality targets.
• Monitor status, risks, dependencies, and overall health.
• Enforce a robust QA framework and continuous delivery improvement.
• Manage financials, budgets, forecasting, and vendor contracts.
