Job summary

Infosys is hiring a SAP Project Manager in Norway to lead end‑to‑end S/4 transformation programmes hosted in the public cloud. You will oversee strategy alignment, governance boards, and cross‑functional delivery across global teams, with accountability for programme outcomes.

You will collaborate with executives and business leaders, drive risk and issue management, and ensure transparent governance across workstreams, with a focus on high quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

11+ years of experience managing large SAP enterprise programmes.
Minimum 2 years of public cloud implementations.
Proven experience with SAP transformations and governance.

Responsibilities

Provide overall project steerage and ensure alignment with business vision and roadmap.
Drive end-to-end execution across Discover, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Stabilise.
Define governance cadence, escalation paths and decision frameworks.
Manage budgets, resources and delivery across global, multi‑vendor teams.
Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness and post‑governance support.
