Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Statkraft's Nordic proprietary trading activities.
• Own trading performance, including P&L, risk exposure, and capital efficiency.
• Define and continuously refine the unit's strategy in collaboration with VP Trading.

Skills

Proven track record in proprietary trading

Deep understanding of European energy markets

Excellent communication skills

Strong leadership and people development skills

Education

Strong academic background in economics, finance, mathematics
