Job summary

Nord Pool, part of the Euronext Group, is seeking a Strategy and Business Analyst (VIE) based in Oslo starting January 2027. You will work in the Nord Pool Strategy and Products department, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, and join a European, international team shaping energy trading and market solutions.

You will perform market analysis, monitor competition, and prepare materials to guide strategic decisions. Collaboration across departments and with Euronext partners will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science or a related field.
• At least one internship or work experience in the energy industry, strategy consulting or a fast-growing business.
• Experience in analysing data and creating reports and presentations.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid interest in energy economics, power markets and energy in general.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent planning, organisational, problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
• Command of Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• Fast learner, proactive behaviour and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to multitask depending on priorities.

Responsibilities
