Statkraft is seeking a Senior Advisor for Market Regulatory Affairs in Oslo. The role covers Nordic and European market design, regulatory developments, and engagement with regulators, industry bodies, and TSOs to anchor Statkraft positions.

You will contribute to shaping regulatory frameworks for the energy markets, leveraging deep regulatory experience, and collaborating across the Markets business area and operational units to support Statkraft’s core activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant market design/regulatory experience, preferably in energy.
• Deep knowledge of Nordic and European power markets.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to see the big picture while diving into specifics.
• Structured, self-driven, with project experience.
• Good command of Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Work with market design, renewable energy, and grid tariffs.
• Engage with industry bodies, regulators, and TSOs.
• Develop and anchor Statkraft positions on key matters.
• Build internal and external networks across units.
• Tackle tasks aligned with unit needs and competencies.
