Job summary

Statkraft, Europe’s largest renewable energy producer, invites a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy to shape the group’s strategy and portfolio direction. You will lead complex strategic projects and translate strategy into actionable priorities in collaboration with Corporate Management and business leaders.

The role demands strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder influence, and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, M&A, finance, or other strategic roles.
Solid experience as a strategy project leader, with the ability to lead complex strategy projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Experience from renewable energy or capital-intensive industries is an advantage, but not required.
Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or similar.
Fluency in English; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Shape group-level strategy and portfolio direction with executives and business leaders.
Lead complex strategic projects from framing to execution plans.
Assess strategic opportunities and portfolio trade-offs, including capital allocation impacts.
Translate strategy into action with defined priorities and ownership.
Develop high-quality executive communication and recommended actions for senior forums.
