Hunter Phillips Executive Search is seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning/Cx Lead for a brand-new hyperscale data centre project in Rogaland, Norway. You will drive commissioning from early construction through IST and final handover, coordinating with multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Mechanical Commissioning experience.
• Experience with hyperscale data centres is essential.
• Strong understanding of L1–L5 commissioning methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1–L5 mechanical commissioning, IST and final handover.
• Commission chillers, pumps, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs and ventilation systems.
• Develop commissioning procedures, test scripts and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with Electrical, BMS/BAS and Controls teams and manage subcontractors.
