Job summary

CMR is seeking a Lead/Senior Planner with data centre project experience to join our team in Norway. You will manage and integrate schedules on major infrastructure programmes, developing and maintaining the Primavera P6 schedule with workstream leads while tracking progress and risks. Travel up to two weeks per month and NEC contract experience are required.

Qualifications

• Data Centre experience on major infrastructure projects.
• At least 8 years in planning/scheduling for large programmes.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills for schedule development and CPM.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 compensation events and delay analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks a month.

Responsibilities

• Be the client-side planner for integrating schedules.
• Develop and maintain integrated P6 schedule with workstream leads.
• Track progress, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Support NEC contract programme reviews and delay analysis.
• Produce progress reports for programme leadership with EV/Actual as needed.
• Coordinate with Cost, Risk and Change Control to align schedule, cost and risk.
• Support governance/tollgate submissions and reporting to programme board.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.
