Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support hyperscale data centre construction developments in Norway. You will lead planning, scheduling, and progress reporting across complex 100MW+ projects, interfacing with GCs, designers, MEP contractors, and internal teams to keep programmes robust and on track.

The role requires 8+ years in senior planning, strong data centre sequencing, and hands-on use of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.

Qualifications

8+ years in senior planning or scheduling roles.
Strong understanding of data centre sequencing, MEP integration and commissioning logic.
Experience interrogating contractor programmes and challenging durations and logic.
Excellent reporting and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project and master construction programmes for hyperscale data centre projects.
Review and challenge GC contractor schedules to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
Own baseline programmes on selected projects and manage others' schedules as needed.
Monitor progress, variances, critical path impacts, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce clear programme reports for senior stakeholders and assist with mitigation planning.
