Responsibilities

• Participate in Quality and HSE activities including handling non-conformances and improvements.

We are looking for a talented Technical Engineer to join our team in Bergen or Aberdeen.

Main Tasks

Design and drafting in CAD

Structural and integrity calculations using FEA

Development of new products and technical improvements to existing products

Coordinate and perform workshop testing and product validation

Documentation of development projects in compliance with relevant industry standards

Provide technical specifications for procurement and follow up manufacturing activities and vendors, ensuring documentation compliance with quality requirements

Participate in Quality and HSE activities within the department, including handling non-conformances and improvement suggestions

Participate in workshop testing and validation of products

Requirements

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant engineering discipline, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in design and drafting. Relevant experience and competence may compensate for a lack of formal qualifications

Innovative, systematic, self-motivated, and analytical, with the ability to see tasks through to completion while collaborating effectively with others

Good verbal and written communication skills in English
