Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Project Engineer to support one or more ongoing oil and gas projects in Stavanger, Norway. The role reports to the Project Manager and involves standardizing documentation and setting up PIMS systems and routines.

Responsibilities include defining design basis, organizing PIMS modules, coordinating multidisciplinary topics, and supporting management reviews and assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience from both early phase and execution phase of oil and gas projects.
• Education and background in engineering disciplines.
• Multidiscipline understanding, preferably from subsea.
• You must be proactive and forward leaning.
• Drive and mindset for improving, simplifying and streamlining how we work.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support one or more (portfolio engineer) ongoing projects. The role will report to Project Manager. The tasks can vary depending on project and project phases, but typical tasks are:

• simplify and standardize project documentation.
• setting up PIMS systems and routines for the projects
• design basis and functional requirements for the project(s)
• structuring and organizing PIMS for the projects, e.g Interface, Technical Queries modules
• handling and coordination of multidiscipline topics, e.g Interface, risk, technical queries
• support management reviews and other assurance activities
• establish and maintain well-structured information management, planner boards, action lists
