Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, with basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
