Job summary

ElBits is hiring an IT Operations & Support Manager to ensure every employee has the tools, systems and access they need to work effectively. The role blends hands-on support with ongoing administration, ownership of applications and user access management, and continuous improvement of internal IT services.

You will also handle first-line support on our products, triage incidents, and escalate when needed, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal IT support and services.
• Ability to administer SaaS tools and identity management.
• Strong communication and ownership in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily internal IT support to employees and be the first point of contact for IT questions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools (Notion, Miro, Slack).
• Manage users, access, identities and devices.
• Ensure control over access management and permissions.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding (accounts, access, equipment).
• Develop and refine Jira Service Management for IT support.
• Support hardware, software, and office IT needs; drive automation initiatives.
