Job summary

MechaForce in Os, Norway, seeks an experienced Teamlead - IT Project Manager to oversee a team of IT professionals and drive projects from conception to completion. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

You will lead, plan, and coordinate timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while keeping the team competitive with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as Teamlead or Project Manager in IT.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills preferred but not required.
