• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and project execution.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Production Coordinators and Supervisors across projects.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, resources, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and installation teams.
• Resolve operational challenges and support delivery within budget and schedule.
• Contribute to planning and development of the Interior department.
