Vard Interiors AS is seeking a Department Manager Interior to lead and develop the Interior department within the shipbuilding context. You will manage Production Coordinators and Supervisors, drive performance, and ensure project execution aligns with quality, schedule, and budget targets.
The role requires extensive experience in interior shipbuilding, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.
