Job summary

Park Avenue is seeking an experienced housing repairs or property professional for an interim Repairs & Transformation Manager role in East London. You will drive improvements in repairs, maintenance and voids, with hands-on involvement across operational teams and contractors.

The project focuses on data quality, performance improvements, safety standards and a target operating model, with a 6+ month contract and approximately 3 days per week at £450-£550 per day.

• Improve data quality, reconciliation and reporting.
• Support safety standards and operational processes improvements.
• Address cultural and performance issues within teams.
• Bring the right people together to resolve problems and keep delivery on track.
