Zusammenfassung

Head Energy Group is seeking a skilled Instrument - Senior Engineer (Pnr: 6001809) to lead documentation and drawings for offshore installation, ensure compliance with NORSOK/PTIL/API standards, and coordinate with clients and vendors to find optimal technical solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in Oil & Gas engineering, offshore operations, and fluent Norwegian/English communication. Permanent or project-based opportunities with strong pension and insurance schemes are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree holder, or equivalent in Instrumentation or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience if education is lacking.
• Over 10 years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of NORSOK, PTIL and API standards.
• Good self-learning ability and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian, written and spoken.
• FSE high/low voltage knowledge and first aid
• Experience with offshore installation modifications

Aufgaben

• Produce and understand documentation and drawings: Cauce & Effect, SCD diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire & Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.
• Revise existing documentation and drawings.
• Discipline check and approve documents and drawings in the project.
• Order instrument materials for offshore installation.
• Understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines.
• Discuss with client and vendor representatives to find optimal technical solutions.

Job Description:

• Produce/understand new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.
• Revise existing documentation and drawings.
• Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project.
• Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation.
• Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines.
• Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Lack of education requires 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• More than 10 years experience in engineering within the Oil&Gas industry.
• Must have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK, PTIL and API standards
• High degree of self learning skills
• Good communication
• Excellent Norwegian and English writing & speaking skills
• Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation
• Basic EX course
• FSE high and low voltage, including first aid
