Job summary

Hyre is seeking an Improvement Manager to join our Operations team in Oslo. You will lead strategic operational projects from idea to implementation, owning scope, analysis, execution and results, while identifying opportunities to make operations faster and more scalable.

You will use data to understand problems and drive decisions, collaborating with Operations, Product, Finance and other parts of Hyre to turn ideas into tangible solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience from consulting, strategy, scale-ups, or project roles.
• Strong analytical and project execution skills.
• Comfort working with data and analytics tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

What You Will Do

As an Improvement Manager in Operations, you will lead strategic projects aimed at fundamentally improving how Hyre operates. You will identify opportunities, shape solutions, and implement changes that deliver a clear impact on our bottom line.
You will:

Lead strategic operational projects from idea to implementation, taking full ownership of scope, analysis, execution and results.

Identify opportunities to make our operations better, faster and more scalable, challenging existing processes and ways of working.

Use data to understand problems and make better decisions, translating operational complexity into clear priorities and actions.

Work across Operations, Product, Finance and other parts of Hyre to turn ideas into solutions.

What You Need

A Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or another relevant field.

2–5 years of relevant experience, for example from consulting, strategy work, scale-ups or project-based roles.

Strong analytical and project execution skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn them into real-life solutions.

A strong understanding of business and economics.

Comfort working with data and analytics tools.

Strong collaboration and communication skills in written and spoken English.
