Job summary

Resideo in Kokstad, Norway is seeking a Project Specialist to enable customer and partner success using safety-connected devices and solutions. This full-time, hybrid role offers 2 days remote and 3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer success principles and project management.
• Knowledge of safety-connected devices and service portfolio.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing and project management tools.
• Basic logistics and RMA process knowledge.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor deployments and service activities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to review usage and issues.
• Promote maintenance agreements and online services; prepare proposals with Sales.
• Track and manage customer cases in CRM; coordinate with Support and Installers.
• Onboard new customers; collect feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales on account plans, renewals and upsell initiatives.
• Share usage insights with Product Management to influence improvements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service performance per contracts and KPIs.
• Prioritize field/service activities and coordinate with Installers and Operations.
• Guide and train new installers and third-party resources.
