Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Nordic headquarters in Oslo is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR team and Nordic operations. You will contribute to DEI, CSR and other HR initiatives, and help coordinate with universities and graduate trainee recruitment starting in September.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, fluent in English and Norwegian, and comfortable working in an international environment with a proactive, structured approach.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program (at least in the 3rd semester), or in a master’s degree program.
• Previous experience in the field of HR and customer services is a plus.
• Business fluent in English and Norwegian languages.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interest in an international working environment.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Availability for the position for minimum 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the TCS Norway HR team in general and work on specific initiatives for the internship period.
• Projects may include DE&I, CSR and other HR initiatives in the country.

• Assist with the graduate trainee recruitment program starting in September and other employee engagement activities.

As an HR intern, you will work with a variety of HR matters at Tata Consultancy Services Nordic headquarters in Oslo, Norway. You will mainly be working on some specific projects during the period but also supporting the HR manager with operational work and coordination of HR processes that relate to the Norwegian operations. You may have contact with HR colleagues in India. This role places high demands on the courage to make decisions and take initiative. You will independently perform certain HR processes in your work, and at the same time assist and support your HR colleagues / your manager to further improve and streamline some HR processes.

Your responsibilities

• As a HR Intern, you will support the TCS Norway HR team in general but working with a few specific initiatives for the internship period.
• Your projects may include initiatives like, DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), CSR and multiple other HR initiatives in the country.
• Looking into co-operation with universities
• Assisting with the graduate trainee recruitment program starting in September and other employe engagement activities.
