Job summary

CTS Group is seeking three experienced HSE Advisors (Data Centres) to support large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Kvandal North, Norway. This hands-on, site-based role reports to the Project HSE Manager and requires close collaboration with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to uphold the highest safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a health and safety degree, NEBOSH IGC or ISO 45001 knowledge, and 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent desirable.
• 3–5 years' experience in a site-based HSE role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Fluent English essential; knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across site operations.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and engage positively with site teams.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and safety observations to drive continual improvement.
• Prepare safety reports using digital HSE reporting systems.

CTS Group is currently recruiting three experienced HSE Advisors (Data Centres) to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Kvandal North, Norway.

The Role

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations.

This is a hands‑on, site-based role where you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and local legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline

• Fluent English essential
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable
