GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Administrator for our on-site team in Skien, Norway. The role focuses on day-to-day HR support, smooth onboarding of new hires, and maintaining compliant HR records.
You will partner with Operations to provide practical HR guidance and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related experience, strong English and Norwegian communication, knowledge of Norwegian labour law, and experience with HR systems.
