• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional offers and packages
• Conduct regular site visits with potential clients and provide them with an exceptional customer experience
• Coordinate with other departments such as front desk, reservations, and events to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
