Job summary

WaveSolutions is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager in Os, Norway to lead revenue generation for the property. You will develop sales strategies, manage relationships with clients, and coordinate with marketing, revenue management, and operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Requires 3+ years in hospitality, excellent communication and English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Visa support and flight assistance are provided for international candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs in hospitality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid work permit for Norway is preferred.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1700$ per month. In addition, we provide free visa support and airfare tickets for international candidates.
