Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group’s Oslo Airport complex is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. You will be involved in daily operations, hands-on maintenance, and ensuring safety and reliability of buildings and systems.

We value a practical problem-solving mindset, a willingness to own tasks, and the ability to work with colleagues across departments to keep guests comfortable. Previous maintenance experience is an advantage, but not essential; training will be provided and the Yes I Can culture

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or maintenance is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork mindset.
• Positive 'Yes I Can!' attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and coordinate day-to-day maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify issues before they become problems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Take ownership and follow tasks through from problem to solution
